How I Came to Phatcha Thai Massage & Wellness: I am a Thai woman originally from the Northeast of Thailand, also known as Isaan. Although I was born there, I spent most of my life in Bangkok, where I studied business and accounting at university, graduating in 2007. After graduation, I worked in accounting and administration for several years. Exploring New Skills and Moving to the UK between 2013 and 2014, I decided to learn new skills such as baking and massage therapy. This decision was motivated by my desire to possibly change careers in the future, as I found my accounting job quite stressful and lacking in social interaction.In 2016, I got married and moved to the UK. My first job there, starting in 2017, was as a massage therapist. To further my skills, I obtained additional certifications in both the UK and Thailand in 2018. Career progression and the Impact of COVID-19 in 2019, I moved from London to a smaller village just as the COVID-19 pandemic began to affect the world. By 2021, I was looking for a job that was easy to travel to and close to my home. I applied for various positions, including as a maid, despite having no experience in that field. However, my background in massage therapy stood out, and I was asked to provide massage services instead. This opportunity led to the creation of Phatcha Thai Massage by Ann, a mobile massage service in a village near Banbury. I started working part-time but gradually expanded my services. Eventually, I moved to Leamington Spa and continued to grow my business. By January 2024, I had become a part-time business owner, dedicated to providing quality massage therapy services to my clients. My journey from an accountant in Thailand to a massage therapist and business owner in the UK has been a transformative experience. Phatcha Thai Massage & Wellness represents not just a career change, but the fulfillment of my passion for helping others through the art of massage therapy.
Phatcha Thai Massage & Wellness started out as Phatcha Thai Massage by Ann and in late 2024 rebranded to Phatcha Thai Massage & Wellness.
I offer a range of massage therapy services, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Traditional Thai massage, and more. I will work with you to create a customised treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.
